Connecting to a Remote Assistance Session
You will receive and email like the following:
Click the join session link.
You will be taken to a screen like this, enter your name and click join session.
You will then be taken to a download page for the Zoho Assist Application. This is what allows us to connect to you remotely. Please click download and then open the installer.
Windows with then ask you to confirm the installation.
After installation you will need to confirm once again that you are willing to join the support session.
Once you have join the session you will be able to see who is connected to your computer in the bottom right of your computer. Here you can receive chat messages from the support technician and end your session whenever you choose.
At the end of your session the technician can end the session on or you can. To end the session click the "X" button on the Zoho Assist Window.
After clicking the X button Zoho Assist will ask you to confirm leaving of your session.
Click "Ok" and you are finished! Congratulations on finishing your first remote assistant session.
